2.3 Data Misuse

• Using customer data for purposes other than providing retail styling services
• Attempting to access data belonging to other Merchan users or their customers
• Bypassing or circumventing data protection measures implemented by the Service

2.4 Service Misuse

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from the Service
• Reselling, sublicensing, or commercially exploiting the Service without written authorization
• Using automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service (except approved API integrations)
• Impersonating another person, business, or entity when using the Service
• Creating multiple accounts to evade restrictions or circumvent account termination

2.5 AI System Misuse

• Attempting to manipulate or "jailbreak" the AI to produce harmful or inappropriate content
• Using the AI to generate misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent product descriptions
• Prompting the AI to provide advice outside its intended scope (medical, legal, financial advice)
• Training competing AI systems using outputs from our Service without authorization

3. Content Standards

Any content you upload, transmit, or generate through the Service must:

• Be accurate and not misleading
• Not contain hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
• Not contain sexually explicit, obscene, or pornographic material
• Not promote violence, terrorism, or illegal activities

5. Fair Usage

To ensure optimal service for all users, we implement fair usage limits based on your subscription plan. Excessive usage that degrades performance for other users may result in:

• Temporary rate limiting of API requests
• Throttling of message processing
• Upgrade requirements to a higher tier plan
• Account suspension in cases of extreme abuse

6. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this Policy, please report it to us immediately at keith@merchan.im. Include as much detail as possible to help us investigate and address the issue promptly.

7. Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any violations of this Policy, including:

• Issuing warnings to the offending party
• Temporarily or permanently suspending access to the Service
• Terminating accounts without prior notice for serious violations
• Reporting illegal activities to relevant law enforcement authorities
